Polaris Off Road embarks on a global adventure at the 47th Edition 2025 Dakar Rally, showcasing the formidable skills of Polaris Factory Racing's Brock Heger and navigator Max Eddy Jr., alongside the seasoned duo of Xavier De Soultrait and Martin Bonnet. Piloting the championship-proven Gen 2 RZR Pro R Factory machine, these drivers are set to conquer the grueling terrains of the Dakar, pushing the limits of endurance and performance.

As Alex Scheuerell, Polaris Factory Racing Technical Director, aptly puts it, "Securing the win last year was not only a monumental achievement but also a profound demonstration of the sheer toughness of our RZR Pro R Factory platform." The partnership with Sebastien Loeb Racing (SLR) has been instrumental in this success, with Heger and Eddy poised to showcase their desert racing prowess on a global stage. De Soultrait's return promises a thrilling defense of his SSV Class Championship, backed by his unwavering determination to excel once again.

The second-generation RZR Pro R Factory platform returns with enhancements in performance and durability for the 2025 Dakar Rally. Featuring a one-piece chassis, upgraded suspension hardware, and advanced electronic systems, this off-road machine is primed to tackle the challenges of Saudi Arabia's unforgiving landscapes. With integrated spare parts storage for on-the-fly repairs, the RZR Pro R Factory embodies the spirit of resilience and adaptability essential for Dakar success.

While the RZR Pro R Factory boasts race-enhanced components, its core structure remains rooted in the revolutionary RZR Pro R platform, highlighting the vehicle's raw power and reliability straight off the showroom floor. From the ProStar Fury 2.0L engine to the transmission and steering rack, every stock part underscores the RZR Pro R's exceptional strength and control, setting a benchmark for consumers and competitors alike.

The Polaris drivers will compete in the world's toughest race, beginning January 3, 2025, in Bisha and finishing January 17, 2025, in Shubaytah, Saudi Arabia.
