The Polaris RZR Factory Race Team continued its dominance in desert racing with a statement-making podium sweep at the 2025 Baja 400, marking its third consecutive victory at the prestigious event. Brock Heger once again set the pace, piloting his RZR Pro R Factory to his third straight SCORE UTV overall win — and his fourth in the last four SCORE events.

Heger’s performance capped a commanding weekend for Polaris, with teammates Cayden MacCachren finishing second overall and Max Eddy Jr. securing third to complete a 1-2-3 sweep in the Pro UTV Open Class. It was the second consecutive SCORE race where Polaris locked out the entire podium, reinforcing the depth of talent within the team and the race-proven engineering of the RZR Pro R Factory.

“Wins like this are why we race,” said Alex Scheuerell, Director of Off-Road Motorsports at Polaris. “Our team refuses to settle, and every time they hit the desert, they raise the bar higher. Sweeping the UTV Overall podium not once, but twice, is more than we could’ve asked for. The RZR Pro R Factory isn’t just proving itself; it’s redefining what’s possible in desert racing.”

Heger launched off the line first based on his Baja 500 result and wasted no time putting the RZR Pro R Factory’s performance on display. After trading the lead with MacCachren through the first half of the race, Heger ultimately took control in the final 200 miles, cementing his reputation as the sport’s elite driver.

MacCachren pushed hard throughout but settled for second overall, while Eddy Jr. methodically climbed from sixth off the line to third, finishing in 9:36:42. Justin Morgan, starting strategically from the back of the field, also delivered a strong ninth-place overall finish in the Pro UTV class.

“I’m incredibly proud to be part of Polaris and the RZR Factory Racing team,” Heger said. “The RZR Pro R Factory continues to amaze me with its performance and durability. From the engineers and race ops to support staff and teammates, everyone comes together to put us in a position to succeed. To win in such commanding fashion and finish 1-2-3 overall shows what this team is capable of.”

With three straight Baja 400 wins and two consecutive podium sweeps in SCORE competition, the RZR Factory Team has firmly established itself as the team to beat. Attention now turns to the Baja 1000, set for November 10–16, where Polaris looks to defend its title and Heger will aim to clinch back-to-back SCORE Desert National Championships.
