Reigning MotoAmerica Superbike Champion Cameron Beaubier will make a major move for 2026, officially joining Warhorse HSBK Ducati Flo4Law to pilot the all-new Ducati Panigale V4 R in next year’s MotoAmerica Superbike Championship.
The announcement marks a significant moment for Ducati’s expanding American racing program, pairing one of the most decorated riders in U.S. motorcycle racing with Ducati’s next-generation flagship superbike. Beaubier — a six-time national champion — captured the 2025 MotoAmerica Superbike crown and now begins a new chapter aboard the Italian marque’s factory-supported machine.
The team will also return to a two-rider lineup for the first time since 2024 with the addition of Benjamin Smith. Smith, who entered the Superbike class in 2023 after establishing himself in MotoAmerica Supersport competition, will make his full-time return in 2026 alongside Beaubier.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Cameron to the team and look forward to the results we will get together,” said Team Manager Bobby Shek. “With his talent and experience, combined with the performance of the new V4 R, we’re confident we can fight for another championship from day one.”
Beaubier echoed the enthusiasm, noting both the opportunity and the prestige of joining Ducati at a time when the manufacturer continues to dominate global superbike racing.
“I’m really excited to join the Warhorse HSBK Ducati Flo4Law team and to race the new Panigale V4 R,” Beaubier said. “I’ve watched what Ducati has accomplished globally in Superbike and MotoGP, and I can’t wait to bring that same performance and passion to the American championship.”
Ducati North America CEO Jason Chinnock emphasized the significance of adding a rider of Beaubier’s caliber to the brand’s U.S. Superbike program.
“Cameron’s record speaks for itself — he’s a proven champion and a true professional who embodies Ducati’s competitive spirit,” Chinnock said. “His experience and precision will be key as we compete to secure the Superbike championship for Ducati.”
The 2026 Ducati Panigale V4 R represents the latest evolution of Ducati’s race-bred engineering, integrating advancements drawn directly from MotoGP and the WorldSBK program, including revised electronics, updated engine performance, and improved chassis handling. The package is expected to give both Beaubier and Smith a highly competitive platform as the team sets its sights on championship contention.
Before the MotoAmerica season begins, Beaubier will head to Portugal for his first test aboard the Panigale V4 R, joining the Aruba.it Racing – Ducati WorldSBK team for a two-day session at Portimão on January 28–29.
Both Beaubier and Smith will make their competitive debut with Warhorse HSBK Ducati Flo4Law at the 2026 MotoAmerica season opener at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta, scheduled for April 17–19.
