Auto | Chevrolet Helps Drivers Become Electrified During “National Drive Electric Week”

Locals gathered on Electric Avenue for an exciting first-time EV experience with Chevrolet Bolt EUV and Bolt EV test drives, on-site EV education and more.

Chevrolet took over Electric Avenue in Venice, California on Sept. 22 to provide a special all-electric driving experience for all attendees.

Despite the growing popularity of electric vehicles, many have yet to drive an EV for the first time. To help educate consumers on what it’s like to live with an EV, Chevy took over Electric Avenue by inviting locals to test-drive a Chevrolet Bolt EUV and Bolt EV and learn about the benefits of EV ownership, range and convenient home charging from EV experts. The event was Chevy’s way of marking National Drive Electric Week – a nationwide celebration intended to raise awareness of the many benefits of electric vehicles.

Newly revealed Chevy EVs were also on display at the event, including the 2024 Blazer EV and 2024 Equinox EV.

The Chevrolet Bolt EUV and Bolt EV are affordable options for any lifestyle, with the Bolt EV starting at $26,595 and offering an EPA-estimated 259 miles of range on a full charge. Both models also offer easy-to-find charging options and are offered with Chevy’s at-home charging installation promotion.
