Triumph Motorcycles Named Title Sponsor of AMA National Adventure Riding Series 2024

Triumph Motorcycles and AMA Join Forces to Ignite Adventure Riding Excitement in 2024.

In a move that reinforces its dedication to the adventure motorcycle riding community, Triumph Motorcycles has been announced as the title sponsor of the AMA National Adventure Riding Series for 2024. The American Motorcyclist Association (AMA), renowned for its role in fostering a vibrant motorcycle culture in the United States, upholds credibility, quality standards, and safety protocols for a myriad of organized rides nationwide. Among these, the Triumph AMA National Adventure Riding Series stands out as a prominent fixture, boasting twelve thrilling events scheduled for the year.

Participants in these events can anticipate a two-day extravaganza replete with camaraderie, challenging routes, meticulously marked trails, and an array of activities including bonfires, camping, gastronomic delights, and prize giveaways. While an AMA membership is a prerequisite for partaking in the Triumph AMA National Riding Series events, on-site purchase options for a single-event pass are available at $20. Attendees also stand a chance to win Triumph prizes both at individual events and cumulatively at the series’ culmination.

“There’s a strong passion for adventure motorcycling at Triumph, evident from the development of Triumph Adventure Experience training facilities worldwide and the continuous enhancements to the Tiger motorcycle range,” said Adam VanderVeen – Marketing Director, Triumph Motorcycles America. “The AMA National Adventure Riding Series embodies the essence of adventure riding by offering ADV riders nationwide a platform to fully enjoy their motorcycles amid a welcoming community of like-minded individuals.”

Triumph Motorcycles, deeply entrenched in the Adventure motorcycle domain, holds a storied history in this realm. From Ted Simon’s iconic journey chronicled on a Triumph Tiger 100, the brand’s Tiger motorcycles have become synonymous with adventure riding. In 2024, Triumph has bolstered its lineup with significant enhancements to both the Tiger 1200 and Tiger 900 ranges, solidifying the Tiger 900 as a premier choice in the competitive middle-weight ADV segment.

Beyond enhancing the Tiger family to cater to the needs of ADV enthusiasts, Triumph actively engages with the adventure riding community. The Triumph Adventure Experience offers a comprehensive adventure riding training curriculum across three global schools, including Jeff Stanton Adventures in the U.S. Furthermore, Triumph participates in Adventure rallies such as GetOn ADV Fest, Touratech West, and Touratech DirtDaze. By endorsing the AMA National Adventure Riding Series, Triumph aims to inspire riders to forge new adventure riding memories, explore uncharted territories, and embark on unforgettable journeys in a secure and encouraging environment fostered by local adventure riding clubs.

Rob Dingman, President and CEO, American Motorcyclist Association, added:  “As a devoted Triumph adventure bike rider, I am delighted to announce Triumph Motorcycles as the title sponsor of the AMA National Adventure Riding Series. Their century-plus legacy and commitment to excellence make them an ideal partner, and we eagerly anticipate collaborating with Triumph to deliver exceptional experiences for adventure riders across the nation.”
