Alpinestars is launching the Limited Edition “Alpinestars X Deus Ex Machina” MX Capsule Collection which includes the Tech 10 Boots and S-M8 Helmet, debuting at the 2019 Monster Energy Cup Supercross race – the biggest MX event of the American off-season.
Designed in collaboration with the iconic Australian custom motorcycle builder and fashion house Deus Ex Machina (the name stands for god of the machine), the Capsule Collection not only brings out the culture of both brands but also showcases the simple authenticity and creative signature styles of racers from all disciplines from days gone by. The Tech 10 boot features the same distinctive black, white and red color scheme, with a winged Deus log on the back gaiter of the boot.
Alpinestars class-leading Racer apparel collection has undergone a design evolution with the introduction of the new Racer Tech line. Featuring a new pattern design and construction materials, resulting in an improved weight performance and an athletic regular fit. This lightweight jersey features a knitted stretch poly-fabric chassis for freedom of movement, plus an extended rear hem to keep jersey inside the pant at all times.
The Alpinestars Tech-10 Boots feature a lightweight upper which combines full-grain leather with lightweight microfiber and impact and abrasion resistant TPU shell. Innovative, evolutionary TPU shin-plate construction for greater range of fitment features a reinforced VELCRO® brand closures closure for comfortable, highly customized closure. The shin zone incorporates TPU blade system engineered to prevent frontal hyperextension and provides greater flex control. Evolutionary design for lateral flex zone provides front and rear flexion support and helps prevents torsion. Medial-facing panel constructed from TPU with rubber insert for maximum grip contact with bike and improved heat and abrasion resistance.
